Hi,
I have been looking for a solution for my idea for wearable devices. I've heard about flexible battery, but I could not find real solution. I need about 120mAh and 3.7V. It can be more with battery capacity. Size has to be between 30mm and 45mm lenght and less then 20mm width. I hope someone could direct me to real lithium battery.

I must disappoint you. There is no true "flexible" mass manufactured lithium battery on the market. In my understanding flexible means multiple bending.
How thick do you need this battery to be?

Огорчение Very sad
I was really hoping to find one. How many bends can your flexible battery can do? I need 2mm maximum thickness.

We have tried less then 10 bends with 0.5mm thickness without much degradation. Problem is in definitions: bending to what angle or radius? how fast is the bending process? What is the actual battery size, especially thickness of the battery?
by the way 2mm by 20mm by 30mm comes out to 63 mAh
You can always use our handy calculator for battery capacity: But keep in mind, 2mm lithium polymer battery is already very stiff. It is not so "bendable" aka in loose terms "flexible" battery.

wow! very useful
what do I need to do in order to have more battery capacity? 60mAh is not enough. Also I might need 200mA current. If bending 2mm is to hard, what would you recommend?

Can I bend 1 mm Li battery? How may times? I'm thinking to use it for wristband.

Sorry, batteries normally bendable=you could bend it ones or a few times. To be honest, this part of "bendability" is not characterized in depth. So in essence you may even bend very thin battery 3...6 times, but what kind of degradation might happened and how much? This research was not done.
1mm can be bend to around 45mm radius. It is all depends on other battery sizes (width, length). Typically- the bigger L and W the easier i can be bend.
So suggestion is to bend it ones and at the larger radius. If you are interested, please write your sizes and I will ask production engineers if it can be done.
