ALL lithium chemistry batteries normally asking UP TO 1C charging rate. C is the capacity of the battery. For example your battery is 150mAh capacity. Then it is ok to charge this battery with 150mA and below. The recommended charging rate is 0.2C. So the soft and the best way to charge this exampled battery with 30mA. But the battery will be ok with 150mA charging current too.
Keep in mind that it is possible to charge with 2...3C currents, but most likely battery won't take that high current and self limit to lower currents.
Higher currents theoretically will degrade the life time of the battery. But I haven't seen long term researches to quantify this claim.

Also keep in mind there are 10C rated batteries (like the one for racing cars or the quadro copters). Those one are ok to charge with 2...4C currents, but keep in mind the 1C is the better then faster charging rates. Standard off the shelf and not announced 10C battery is a normally 1C battery. Thus always think about slower charging and discharging.
